Once your payment is received, PayPal will email your payment receipt.
We will confirm your appointment and put you in touch with your trainer within 48 hours on receipt of payment, and usually sooner.
We accept cancellations up to and including 48 hours prior to your booking and will refund your payment within 48 hours, usually sooner.
Cancellations are only accepted via email sent to Laurel Leaf Networking here. We cannot accept any cancellations by any other means including by contacting your social media/software trainer.
If you cancel without 48 hours notice, regrettably we cannot offer you a refund. However, we will transfer your payment if you wish to re-arrange your session.
In the unlikely event of our trainer cancelling your session, we will refund your payment within 48 hours and usually sooner.
