I possess 20 years’ experience of managing Recruitment, Employee Relations and Remuneration functions in various large organisations. I have a particular expertise in conflict resolution, mediation, management of change, quality initiatives and employee relations.
As a lecturer I have delivered broad experience of delivering professional (CIPD) and management training (MBA).
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of hypnosis and NLP Coaching with individuals and organisations, facilitating “breakthroughs” for individuals and improving performance of individuals in a range of settings.
Fusion Training & Coaching is the resulting development. It is a unique mixture of powerful professional skills training combined with techniques from Hypnosis & NLP to improve your performance and career.
I have successfully run my own organisation for the last 10 years, specialising in Business Coaching, and Training.
